  • Project Scoping Quiz: Your answers to quiz questions, Name, Work Email Address, Primary Reporting Goal.

  • Lead Magnet Downloads: First Name, Work Email Address.

  • Call-Back Requests: Name, Phone Number, Best Time to Call (Optional).

  • Providing Services: To respond to your inquiries, provide requested information about our services (TM1/Power BI projects, subscriptions, Xero integration), schedule consultations or demos, and fulfill contractual obligations if you become a client.

  • Website Operation & Improvement: To operate, maintain, and improve our website's functionality, user experience, and security. To analyze website usage patterns (using aggregated/anonymized data where possible) to understand trends and enhance our content and offerings.

  • Communication: To communicate with you regarding your inquiries, requests, or services.

  • Marketing & Updates (with Consent): With your explicit consent (e.g., if you opt-in via a specific mechanism, which is not currently planned but could be added), to send you marketing communications, newsletters, or updates about ITLink's services, insights, or events that may be of interest to you. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

  • Compliance & Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal processes in Singapore.

We may charge a reasonable fee for processing access requests, and we reserve the right to refuse requests under circumstances permitted by the PDPA.
